AxtarIS Community Guidelines

These Community Guidelines are part of the AxtarIS Terms of Service. They exist so that AxtarIS stays what it is meant to be: a safe, honest place to find work and to hire. They apply to everything you publish or send on the Service — profiles, CVs, vacancies, applications, messages, and images.
1. The short version
Be honest. Be respectful. Never ask candidates for money. Report what looks wrong.
2. Not allowed anywhere on AxtarIS
- Illegal content or activity of any kind.
- Fraud and scams — including advance-fee recruitment scams ("pay for processing/visa/equipment"), phishing, and attempts to move people to untraceable payment channels.
- Fake identity — impersonating a person or company, fake vacancies, fabricated credentials.
- Harassment and hate — threats, insults, unwanted sexual attention, or attacks on people for who they are (ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, or similar).
- Sexual, violent, or shocking content — the Service is a professional space.
- Spam and off-purpose use — bulk unsolicited messages, advertising unrelated to recruiting, scraping or harvesting user data.
- Malware and security abuse — links to malicious software, attempts to break or probe the Service.
3. Rules for vacancies and employers
A vacancy on AxtarIS must be a real, currently open job with the real employer identified. In addition:
- Never charge candidates. No fees, deposits, or purchases at any stage — application, interview, training, equipment, "registration". Asking candidates for money is the fastest way to lose your account permanently.
- No discriminatory requirements that are unrelated to the genuine needs of the job (gender, age, religion, ethnicity, disability, family status, and similar).
- No pyramid or MLM schemes, and no "opportunities" disguised as employment.
- Describe the job honestly — duties, pay (if stated), hours, and location must not be materially misleading.
- Use candidate data only for hiring for the role concerned — see the Employer Terms.
4. Rules for chat
Chat exists to talk about work — applications, interviews, job details.
- No harassment, pressure, or discrimination.
- No requests for money, card details, or documents beyond what a legitimate hiring process needs.
- No moving people off-platform to avoid these rules.
- Employers: keep it professional; candidates are evaluating you too.
5. Report and block
- Report any vacancy, profile, or message that breaks these rules — use the report button in the app (on profiles, vacancies, and in chat).
- Block any user in chat to immediately stop them contacting you.
- Reports are confidential; the reported user does not see who reported them.
We review reports within 24 hours and act faster on urgent safety issues.
6. Enforcement
We apply measures proportionate to the violation:
- Warning and/or removal of the offending content;
- Feature restriction (e.g. posting or messaging suspended);
- Account suspension;
- Permanent ban — immediate for serious cases: scams, charging candidates, threats, fake identity.
Where practicable we tell you what was removed and why.
7. Appeals
If you believe we got it wrong, write to info@axtaris.app within 30 days with the details. A person — not an automated system — will review the decision and reply.
